Conducted by the hiring manager’s manager, this type of interview focuses on questions surrounding learning potential, handling the physical aspects of the job, and, as in the first interview, your interest in the position, company, and industry, your work ethic and ability to do the job, as well as your skills, knowledge, experience, and accomplishments. However, once you get to this point in the interview process, you pretty much know the company is interested in you.
