Many times you will be required to take a personality test, such as Myers-Briggs, Keirsey Temperament Sorter, or Strong Interest Inventory. Depending on the company, an outside psychologist may be called in to analyze your personality test and determine your degree of fit (with company culture) and motivation (see Chapter 8, “Personality Testing”).
The best advice in succeeding in psychological interviews is to be yourself. Answer the questions with the first thought that comes to mind. Don’t try to “play” to the questions on the test or asked by the psychologist.
